Chef Loïc Dablé is a creator of culinary and cultural concepts, a passionate entrepreneur and a chef engaged in the world of gastronomy and beyond. Born in 1984 and trained at the Paris School of Food Trades Table, he took his first steps in prestigious houses such as the Meurice Palace and the Hôtel George V in Paris, where he refined his culinary art and his rigor. Quickly, he distinguished himself with a vision that transcends classic cuisines to explore the link between gastronomy, culture and social commitment.
In 2015, Loïc opened his first establishment, Café Dapper in Paris, where he successfully combined culinary creativity and business management. In 2019, he launched an even more innovative concept with the Migrations restaurant in Abidjan, which combines gastronomy and social impact by offering free training to returning migrants. His cuisine, focused on local products and African traditions, reflects an approach to sustainable development and cultural valorization that speaks to curious minds and committed epicureans.
